- Cure a-motivated state: wait until the moment passes of doing what needs to be done or work on something harder, more painful.
- Place body and mind into state that is uncomfortable not just another activity.
- During lack of motivation, complete the task linked to goal/path for at least a couple of minutes or take a cold shower. The goal is to get out of the dopamine trough.
- Maintain and protect baseline of dopamine.
